TESPOK is run by a Board of Directors comprising of representatives from the member organizations, which are elected at the annual general meeting.  The Board Members appoint amongst themselves the office bearers after every Annual General Meeting.

Board and Members meetings are held at least once a quarter and depending on issues in the industry meets are more frequent. The Secretariat Manager is the secretary to the Board and Members’ meetings.

The secretariat is based at Bruce House 14th Floor and has independent staff to facilitate the activities of the association and handle individual members’ issues.
